History
Jason Beaird was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a cancer affecting blood plasma cells, at the age of 37. Despite the diagnosis, Jason continued to live life to the fullest, engaging in activities such as Ironman triathlons, playing college baseball, coaching Little League, and supporting charitable causes. He died in March 2013 at the age of 42.
The foundation's first major event, Shamrocks & Shenanigans, was held in March 2014. JBMF was formally incorporated in the state of Florida in 2015 and became a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization in 2016.
Mission
The mission of the Jason Beaird Memorial Foundation is to celebrate Jason's life and legacy through meaningful giving. The organization partners with established charities to strengthen their presence in the Central Florida community. It focuses on projects that align with Jason's passions, including a scholarship program, youth sports, and collegiate athletic sponsorships.

The foundation organizes various events throughout the year to support its mission and the local community. Its main event, Shamrocks & Shenanigans, celebrates Jason's love of Irish culture.
