Harbor City Maryland Chapter Our Mission The mission of this organization shall be to promote friendship and social exchange among members to function as a resource for young people in the arts and to promote educational civic and cultural experiences within the community. Performing Arts The Harbor City Maryland Chapters commitment to youth in the performing arts extends across many genres from dance to theatre. We partner with strategic partners such as the Coalition for African Americans in the Performing Arts CAAPA and The Foundation for the Advancement of Music Education FAME to find and showcase talented and passionate youth in the performing arts.
