Donna lost her dear dog Jazzy last year and contacted Brookhaven Animal Rescue League BARL in Brookhaven MS seeking a new older companion dog. As a senior herself Donna felt strongly about having an older dog. Luckily the staff at BARL kept her in mind and when they were contacted by an older woman who needed to relinquish Bonnie because she could no longer care for her Donna was contacted.
