New BCBSTX Agreement Completed. We are pleased to share that Shannon Medical Center has completed a new agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. As a result, patients with BCBSTX health insurance plans can continue to receive uninterrupted, in-network access to care at Shannon Medical Center. Our patients will always be our first priority, and our goal is to ensure everyone has access to the highest-quality, lifesaving care at home in their community.
