Bridging Health GapsIn The Community Welcome to The Community Health Empowerment Network The Community Health and Empowerment Network Inc. is a 501c3 not for profit organization that exist to provide health education screening services and resources to individuals in the low income and undeserved population with a goal to help bridge health gaps in the community to reduce health disparities in South Florida. We do this by empowering individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices thereby avoiding preventable diseases such as HIV AIDS heart diseases childhood obesity and other prevalent diseases.
