Lets End Food Insecurity Two longstanding nonprofits with a rich history of fighting hunger Loaves Fishes and Friendship Trays joined forces with a new name Nourish Up. Lifting up our community through food we provide groceries to our neighbors in need in Mecklenburg County through the largest network of food pantries in North Carolina grocery home delivery and delivering healthy meals each weekday through our Meals on Wheels program.
