Health & Help – International Charity Organization We treat people living in places where it is difficult or impossible to get medical care. We build clinics to provide care for patients of every nationality faith and sexual orientation. Our patients receive the necessary medical treatment regardless of their ability to pay for it. Every person on the Health Help team understands our mission we become better people by helping others.

🌸 Empowering Women Through Partnership We recently had the pleasure of partnering with Ecológicas, a women-led company from Ecuador that specializes in menstrual and women’s health products. As part of this collaboration, Ecológicas generously donated $2,400 worth of menstrual care items — including 50 menstrual cups and 200 reusable pads — to support the health and dignity of women in our communities. To make this collaboration even more meaningful, Paula Delgado, Karen Delgado, and Micaela Rodríguez — the inspiring women behind Ecológicas — traveled from Ecuador to Guatemala to visit our clinic, meet our team, and connect directly with the women we serve.
