OnePGH Resilience Strategy - The Need to Support People, Planet, Place, and Performance. Read the full press release details here. MAYORS MESSAGE Pittsburgh has a history of working together. In the 40s and 50s government and business leaders joined together to turn an industrial city into a corporate headquarters city a distinction it held until the 70s. In the 80s and 90s during our economic collapse foundations continued to invest in Pittsburgh funding riverfronts arts and culture.
