Vision A community where children and youth become tomorrow39s champions of hope purpose and family. In 2000 CASA of the 7th Judicial District began serving abused and neglected children using Court Appointed Special Advocates. Today while still delivering the CASA Advocacy Program Youth Family Advocacy Services has become a regional resource providing Family Time Visitation Parenting Classes Supportive Housing and Life Skills for youth and young adults coming out of foster care or currently homeless.
