Our Vision Inspired by the work of Cassandra Banks we are building opportunities for black womennonbinary individuals to excel in the electrical trade by inspiring the fortitude initiative and capabilities needed to thrive in todays work environment. We believe supporting black women opens doors in the trades for other women of color and are committed to supporting local initiatives. Through pathways to financial stability partnerships and localized investments we seek to create positive lasting change in communities of color strengthening generations to come.
