Long Lake Association – Long Lake Association LONG LAKE ASSOCIATION INC. Incorporated September 20 1958 Non Profit 501c4 The Merger is Complete. During the Special Members Meeting of the Long Lake Association held on February 20 2025 the proposed merger with Long Lake Foundation and changes to the bylaws were approved by unanimous consent from the members in attendance and the proxy votes. Long Lake Association and Long Lake Foundation have now completed their merger.
