The Virginia, Maryland & Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives (VMDAEC) is a nonprofit organization registered under the 501(c)(6) designation, aiming to support and enhance the operations of member-owned electric cooperatives across Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware.

VMDAEC was established to serve the electric cooperatives in the three-state region. It marked its 75th anniversary in 2019.
