We create opportunities for people where they live learn work and play Whatx27s New LOWELL P. AND CLAUDIA T. WEICKER ARTS WELLNESS CENTER Local philanthropist musician and owner of Shaboo Productions David Foster and his wife Marilyn were on hand at the recent Horizons Gala on May 7th. It was a great night and David announced the Fosterx27s major capital gift of 250000 to kick off a campaign to build the Lowell P.
