Bloomington Chamber Opera exists as a laboratory opera company that enriches the cultural offerings of the greater Bloomington community through approachable intimate experiences of opera while giving operatic artists the chance to explore their craft. We create original productions of masterpieces from the operatic repertoire tailored to local performance spaces. BCO is guided by the spirit of collaboration Yes and Founded in 2019 Bloomington Chamber Opera is a 501c3 nonprofit arts organization located in Bloomington Indiana. We hold auditions to select artists for each production.
