Big News from Olympia. 🏛️🌿Today, Governor Bob Ferguson officially signed SB 5403 into law — a major win for equity and sustainability in Washington’s cannabis industry. What SB 5403 does: ✅ Limits financial interest agreements across cannabis retail licenses (max 5 licenses per entity) ✅ Helps prevent market consolidation by large corporations ✅ Creates more opportunities for small, independent businesses to thriveThe Cannabis Alliance was proud to advocate for this important legislation alongside so many other committed leaders.
