What to Expect: Meditation with Horses: Meditation is the practice of focusing the mind, often through mindful noticing. Through meditation, we learn to observe our thoughts rather than react to them. We call our meditation time with the horses herd meditation! Sound Bath Healing: A sound bath is a meditative experience that uses soothing, resonant sounds from singing bowl instruments. The vibrations of the singing bowls help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and create a sense of calm. You lie down, listen, and allow the sounds to wash over you. Think about how you feel while listening to calming music; it's a similar experience!
