York County Kennel Club Established in 1962 AKC Code of Sportsmanship Welcome to York Kennel Club. We are licensed by the American Kennel Club and are committed to advancing the ownership and sport of purebred dogs while encouraging members in the community to engage in responsible pet ownership. The club supports and hosts a variety of events including the Celtic Classic Dog Show a variety of dogfriendly activities such as Dog Day in the Park handling classes CGC testing health testing for example CERF and cardiac auscultation clinics as well as educational programs. The YKC Breeder Referral Listhelps individuals in the local region search for purebred dogs in the York Pennsylvania area.
