15 years ago we launched the Hill Country Film Festival. What started as a cinematic celebration for family, friends, and Fredericksburg, morphed into a phenomenon beyond our wildest dreams. We’ve laughed, cried, sweated, and screened the best of films with the best of people at the Best Little Film Fest in Texas. ​ After much thoughtful deliberation, we’ve decided it’s time for our closing credits. We are proud of HCFF’s impact and our volunteer team’s dedication to showcasing independent film. We are honored to have celebrated visual storytelling, and shared diverse storylines and ideas, all in community with you. We appreciate the support of our filmmakers, festival-goers (some who have attended every year), volunteers, and sponsors.
