Madigan Foundation Empowering Military Families Advocating for health care and quality of life support programs for military patients their families and staff. COL Janice Mano Lehman Memorial Scholarship Madigan Foundation provides the administrative support for this nursing scholarship program which was initiated by the ManoLehman family as a memorial to their beloved daughter sister wife colleague and friend. The Memorial Scholarship was established to honor Janicespassion for healing education and patientcentered care. The scholarship will be awarded annually to promising nurses andor nursing students who demonstrate exceptional ability to lead and to serve with compassion.
