Fundación Pediátrica de Diabetes Bienvenidos Mensaje de la Directora Ejecutiva Sobre Nosotros Historia La Fundacion Pediatrica de Diabetes es una entidad sin fines de lucro fundada en noviembre del 2000 bajo la iniciativa de la Dra. Carmen Ana Saenz endocrinologa pediatrica con el apoyo del San Jorge Childrens Hospital. Puerto Rico ocupa uno de los primeros lugares a nivel mundial en casos de diabetes pediatrica diabetes tipo 1. Conscientes de esta alta incidencia en diabetes pediatrica la Fundacion se ha dado a la tarea de desarrollar un programa educativo y de apoyo dirigido a nios y adolescentes con diabetes tipo 1 sus familiares y maestros.
