The Bridge Transcends About Us We are an inclusive notforprofit networking organization that supports the development of female talent in Financial Lines insurance and reinsurance. Our leadership team and supporters include men and women from across the industry underwriting broking claims law firms and clients. We are a diverse group of colleagues working together to raise the bar on the development of female professionals in Financial Lines. Join the Community With so many talented women in Financial Lines we wanted to create an environment where we could learn from each other bringing a vulnerability and openness to the conversation building community and really just harnessing what was already here.
