Breaking the Cycle of Homelessness Through Education At the Homeless Childrens Education Fund HCEF we believe that every child no matter their circumstances deserves the opportunity to learn grow and succeed. As the only nonprofit in the Pittsburgh area solely dedicated to empowering students experiencing homelessness we are committed to breaking down barriers and creating equity through education.
