Home | WVAFC Main menu User login West Virginia Association of Free Clinics dba WV Association of Free Charitable Clinics since the implementation of the Affordable Healthcare Act ACA and Expanded Medicaid in West Virginia in 2014 is a nonprofit organization serving as an advocate for WVs member free charitable clinics and for the populations they serve. What is a free charitable clinic. WVs Free Charitable Clinics offer a variety of freeofcharge health care and Medicaid services to those who dont have access to health care through traditional methods. In West Virginia the eight Free Charitable Clinics are supported with state funding and also look to their local communities for support through cash and inkind donations.
