Please join us TONIGHT - Tuesday May 27th, at 6pm, for the next UCCTU Chapter meeting, at Ippolito's in East Roswell. Our Guest speaker will be Tixie Fowler from the Gwinnett Soil and Water Conservation District, who has been instrumental in the Crayfish Creek Project. Tixie was named “Conservationist of the Year” by the Georgia Chapter of the American Fisheries Society for inspiring students, volunteers and federal agencies to unite to restore the most heavily impacted tributary in Atlanta’s Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area. She will be discussing Crayfish Creek as a Classroom. (fb)

UCCTU has been conserving protecting and restoring Georgias trout coldwater fisheries and their watersheds since 1983. We offer a wide variety of ways for individuals to make a lasting contribution to conserving protecting restoring and sustaining coldwater fisheries. If you would like to learn more about fly fishing local waters and what you can do to help maintain them we encourage you to become a member here. Join us at our monthly meetings and participate in our many supporting activities.
