Meeting Youth Where They Are HomePlate envisions communities where homelessness is a shortterm circumstance not a long term or chronic condition and youth are supported in their communities. Check out our 2024 Impact Report below to learn more about our work within the community. For Youth HomePlate serves youth ages 1224 who are experiencing any type of instability. We strive to provide a judgement free and safer community to build relationships and take the first steps towards finding what stability means to you.
