Welcome to the Rainier Animal Fund We are working to ensure advanced veterinary care is accessible to Washington pets so that they might thrive and live healthy happy lives with the people who love them. How We Help The Rainier Animal Fund works in partnership with its larger network of veterinary professionals to provide advanced veterinary care to families who cannot afford the full cost of treatment. We are able to accomplish our mission through our inservice surgery and advanced care medical clinics along along with medical grants to cover individual care on a casebycase basis for qualifying pet owner families. Please note RAF has limited resources to respond to emergency or urgent care requests but we will do our best to respond to inquiries within 48 to 72 hours.
