Capital Crew Boosters | Sacramento Junior Rowing Club Capital Crew Boosters Supporting Sacramentos Premier Junior Rowing Program Promoting Excellence The Boosters are the nonprofit partner of the regions premier competitive junior rowing club Capital Crew. Comprised of current rower parents guardians alums families and fans the Boosters support Capital athletes and coaches emphasizing the values of teamwork sportsmanship and respect in a way that extends beyond the boundaries of the boathouse to develop studentathletes of character that will carry them well into the future. Achieving Greatness Together Teamwork is perfected through the sport of rowing where eight individuals must work together in perfect harmony to achieve a common goal. Trust communication and unity are the core values of Capital Crew and as the studentathletes develop their skills and experience the power of working in sync with others they gain valuable lessons for life.
