Outdoor Odyssey Outdoor Odyssey Leadership Development Team Building Mentoring Resiliency Building Leaders Since 1998 We were founded with a primary mission to pair area youth with a mentor and provide these teams with a unique wilderness experience at our 500acre Laurel Highland camp. We incorporate leadership skills high adventure and teambuilding into a weeklong curriculum that sets the stage for a year of follow on activity between our mentors and their teams. Individual and team resiliency lies at the core of everything we teach and facilitate. Since our inception we have built a large clientele of universities private schools organizations and corporations.
