Community Investments The Foundation for Developmental Disabilities FDD is committed to creating positive and lasting changes for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and families in San Diego and Imperial Counties. Over the past 37 years we have funded initiatives in the areas of Employment Family Support Housing and Selfadvocacy.
