A Bright Haven for Homeless and LowIncome Seniors In San Franciscos Tenderloin A Safe Place for Seniors 60 Away From the Streets. The mission of the Saint Francis Living Room is to improve the quality of life for homeless and lowincome seniors in the Tenderloin.
