PROPOSED 165 ft tower at Biltmore Fashion Park Biltmore Fashion Park is asking the City for approval to build a 165-foot tower next to Lifetime. On Wednesday, June 6, 2024 at 6:00pm, the City of Phoenix Planning Commission will decide whether to approve the tower and resident voices are crucial to this process. In addition to looking directly into the Biltmore neighborhood, blocking out some of our corridor views of Camelback and Piestawa, increased traffic and congestion are almost guaranteed.
