Who We Are The Minnesota Certification Board MCB is a nonprofit agency dedicated to protecting the citizens of Minnesota by ensuring that certified professionals working in a wide range of professions are providing safe and competent services to the public. The MCB is a member board of the International Certification and Reciprocity Consortium ICRC. Types of Certifications We offer certifications for professionals in the areas of alcohol and drug counseling cooccurring disorders prevention clinical supervision peer recovery and criminal justice.
