Building strong minds bodies and character through cycling The Minnesota Cycling Association MCA is 501c3 youth development organization building strong mind body and character guided by the principals of inclusivity and equality. We welcome all studentathletes from 6th to 12th grade to participate. Programs range from outreach events and advocacy to after school programs and a multievent racing series. We have over 2600 studentathletes participating and 1300 coaches helping morekidsonbikes.
