Today we celebrate Rhianna’s 5-year anniversary at Measures for Justice. As a Data Quality Analyst II, Rhianna spends her days diving deep into datasets—think spreadsheets, spreadsheets, and more spreadsheets—making sure the data we work with is clean, usable, and not too “weird. ” She also brings her talents to our Wayfinder reports, partnering with agencies as a kind of “data therapist” to help them better understand where they shine and where there’s room to grow.

In 2024, our work centered on two key goals: improving the quality of justice data and empowering communities to put that data to use. And we did just that. From creating the first national set of police measures to providing data quality support via Groundwork, Measures for Justice made meaningful strides across the country.
