Arkansas Boathouse Club Who We Are The Arkansas Boathouse Club ABC is a 501c3 nonprofit overseen by a board of directors dedicated to growing rowing and other water sports in the State of Arkansas. Funds raised through equipment storage and rentals provide recreational wellness and fitness services to individuals and create scholarship opportunities for youth in Arkansas. Who We Support ABC partnered with the City of Little Rock to provide equipment and venue for Central Arkansas competitive rowing team Rock City Rowing.
