WESST’s Incubator client, Enchanted Farms Mushrooms, is opening a shop in our WESST Enterprise Center in downtown Albuquerque! 🍄‍🟫 🛒 Join us this Thursday to celebrate their grand opening! Reposted from @efmushrooms: In a big, bold move of entrepreneurship and total faith in our New Mexico food and mushroom community we are opening an all things mushroom shop at the farm. Still located within the @wesstnewmexico enterprise center in Downtown ABQ we will have our own entrance to the farm that opens to a mushroom deli meets apothecary meets all things mushroom gift shop. At the farm shop, you will be able to get fresh mushrooms from our farm, foraged mushrooms such as morels, porcini, and chanterelles -when in season, mushroom functional foods, powders, and tinctures, mushroom teas to-go, foraging gear, all things mushroom books, and fun gifts for your mushroom loving friends. We invite you to join us for a special store opening on Thursday, June 5 from 1pm-6pm. We will be serving mushrooms three ways compliments of Chef Jess from the farm, samples of our new mushroom tea line, bubbly from @missionwinery, charcuterie from the @mouseholeabq and music from members of @paisleyprine We may even have some fresh morels in stock 🤫 This marks an exciting new chapter for us and are thrilled to open our mushroom-filled hearts with you all 🍄🫶🏻 Special thanks to the awesome support from other local women-owned businesses @shoplunaandluz and @mouseholeabq and @wesstnewmexico for helping us with this special project.
