The Field Fund responsibly investing in grass Benefiting the climate athletes and community members of all ages OUR Approach The Field Fund works with the towns schools and community of Marthas Vineyard including recreational sports leagues to preserve and improve the Islands natural grass playing fields. The Field Fund offers support to all schools and towns seeking to improve or better maintain their fields using a regenerative approach. To encourage the environmentally responsible maintenance of these fields this fund supports a range of initiatives including but not limited to Ongoing maintenance including surface and subsurface decompaction slice seeding supplemental mowing and irrigation repair Purchase of materials and equipment such as high quality seed organic fertilizer moveable goals a slice seeder etc. Educationtraining for groundskeepers and other community members Assistance in upgrading existing fields and playgrounds using natural materials PO BOX 142 CHILMARK MA 02535 THEFIELDFUNDGMAIL.
