Madeline was nominated by a patient's spouse who was comforted by her while their wife was on a ventilator in the ICU for five days. "Madeline provided exceptional care and support. Her expert knowledge, compassionate nature, and calm presence made a world of difference for our family," the nomination says. Madeline was there when the patient woke up on her fifth day, answering her questions and providing emotional support to the family through her faith.
