The reality of child abuse in Texas In 2023 over 500 children were served by the CAC of Van Zandt County In 2022 67558 children received services from one of the childrens advocacy centers across the state of Texas with over 65 victims of sexual abuse 1 in 10 children will be sexually abused before their 18th birthday.
