Our purpose is to eliminate the threat of chronic homelessness for these families providing the structure that allows them to establish a solid foundation and gain selfsufficiency. Our strategic program and commitment to the longterm stability of the families we serve distinguishes us from other shelters. History Pacific Lifelines legacy has its roots in San Francisco Lifeline Ministries began in the early 1900s as a street ministry to sailors and then a rescue mission to the destitute.
