Our purpose is to eliminate the threat of chronic homelessness for these families providing the structure that allows them to establish a solid foundation and gain selfsufficiency. History Pacific Lifelines legacy has its roots in San Francisco Lifeline Ministries began in the early 1900s as a street ministry to sailors and then a rescue mission to the destitute.
