Our Purpose The principal purpose of the Friends of the Library is to raise additional funds for the JeffersonMadison Regional Library so that Proceeds from our Spring and Fall Book Sales benefit the Librarys programs and special projects. Spring 2025 Book SaleSaturday April 5 Sunday April 13 Members preview sale Friday April 4 500pm 700pm Please no scanning or stockpiling of books during Members Night and from 101 on Saturday April 5 Please be courteous and considerate to your fellow shoppers. Great Books at Great Prices for a Great Cause The Friends now manage the Books Behind Bars program. Volunteers find and ship books to Virginia inmates at no cost to the inmates.
