Another Way The primary mission of Another Way is providing voluntary peerrun alternatives for people who avoid conventional mental health services. We operate a center offering peer support community information resources and advocacy for psychiatric survivors and people currently or formerly at serious risk of psychiatric intervention. Peer an equal with similar life experience. Psychiatric survivor someone who was given a psychiatric diagnosis and subjected to the mental health system whether by compulsion coercion or choice.
