Did you know the Canadian fishing industry, Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), continues to mercilessly hunt thousands of harp seals each year? And that about 95% of the seals hunted are between only 3 weeks to 3 months old aka mere babies?! DFO's own website proudly touts, "seals are not usually harvested until they are 25 days or older."
