Palmetto Shared Services Alliance ECE Resources and Training for SC Childcare Providers. PSSA is a small nonprofit based in Greenville South Carolina but we serve all early childhood education programs across the state. Through our online and onsite supports we help childcare providers of all sizes and varieties run their businesses efficiently and successfully by giving them access to a variety of childcare resources to help them keep their programs in top shape including a variety of childcare training opportunities.
