Angela Schwindt Home Arizona Youth Family Services AYFS is a nonprofit outpatient community mental health agency currently serving children adolescents and families throughout Maricopa County. The mission of AYFS is to provide homebased crisis management outpatient counseling and medication management onetoone behavior coaching case management parent support and psychoeducational programs. Our services are delivered in a strengthbased culturally sensitive familyfocused manner to enable our patients to meet their potential in the family and community while preventing the need for higher levels of care.
