Soaring to New Heights with Roots and Wings The mission of Roots and Wings is to support and encourage childrens reading skills and teachers who inspire learning. 2024 Report Card Above and Beyond Awards The Above and Beyond Awards recognize teachers and noninstructional staff chosen by their peers for their exemplary dedication to their students school and community. Project UpLift Project UpLift is a free smallgroup afterschool tutorial program providing remedial reading instruction to Title One elementary school students taught by certified teachers in their home school who know them best. Events Roots and Wings is proud to host a variety of impactful events throughout the year supporting our mission to UpLift our local communities through education.
