A nonprofit 501 c 3 organization Mending Fences at JM Ranch provides youth with life skills thatbuild confidence and selfesteem reduce substance use as well as foster selfdevelopment and awareness. Mending Fences at JM Ranch is in its 7th year of operation and has served over 500 youth through its partnerships with Tulare County Health and Human Services Alcohol and Other Drug Tulare County Probation CASA of Tulare County Family Builders Foster Care and numerous school districts within Tulare County. Mission Provide a unique opportunity for youth to gain life skills and acquire the values of responsibility integrity confidence and hard work.
