ICCF COMMUNITY HOMES
We had the chance to tour The Seymour, ICCF Community Homes’ newest development in Alger Heights—and we’re excited about the future this initiative represents. This affordable condominium development is designed to increase homeownership opportunities for households earning at or below 80% of the area median income. Located on the former Seymour Christian School site, this project will offer long-term affordability through our Community Homes Land Trust model.
