MidTown is a connected community in the center of it all, an inclusive place for people to innovate, create, prosper, and live. MidTown Cleveland, Inc. is a 501(c)3 economic development corporation founded in 1982 by Morton L. Mandel and other visionary business leaders. It serves a two-square mile district between Downtown Cleveland and University Circle.
