Community Roots Collaborative COMMITTED TO COMMUNITY Homelessness and affordable housing is a growing epidemic in Vancouver WA Clark County and across the country. We have listened to those most affected by this trend and seek to address it with a unique community based approach that ensures a permanent safe home is the start to a transformative process. Our homes are part of a community support network and a focal point for entities that deliver essential wrap around services with the goal of helping people move forward in their life.
